There are a lot of myths and misconceptions out there about how you should workout and what you should eat. Anyone can diet for a week, but can you maintain that same diet for a year? This doesnโ€™t mean you to have to workout every day and only eat plain chicken breast. I still eat plenty of foods that aren’t necessarily “healthy” for me, (I mean, I bake cupcakes once a week), but the difference lies in my dedication to this lifestyle.ย If you are loyal to this commitment, results will show with consistency and portion control.

Posted below are some before and after shots of myself. I was hesitant to post them, but wanted to show anyone out there it is possible to do anything you put your mind to. From gaining 55 pounds while pregnant to doing too much cardio, to not eating properly, here is a glimpse into my transformation story.

Today I have reached my goal. I have muscle and booty and have worked extremely hard to be where I am.

Anything in the beginning starts as a challenge. But as soon as you start to see results, you will be hooked. With my newfound confidence from living this way, I will never go back to being average and lazy.

I owe a lot of my success to my Husband. He has kept me motivated to make this healthy change and continue on this fit and happy journey. Thank you baby, I couldn’t have done it without your knowledge and support.
