Even though I love all pastel everything, black is what I feel most comfortable in. Something about wearing it from head to toe makes me feel classy. Below are my 3 favorite rules to follow and the best way to dress yourself for a date night where you’re going to leave the house feeling really good about yourself.

1– Think about what parts of your body you love the most. Highlight that. For me, I have a weird insecurity with my knees and I like my upper torso a lot after working hard to build abs. A longer high waisted flare skirt paired with a crop top is perfect for me to feel confident in. Throwing on a pair of shoes that you love also helps a ton! Heels are ALWAYS my go to. I honestly don’t feel like myself without them on.

2– If you are going to show some cleavage or your full stomach with a crop top, wear pants or something that covers most of those leggies. If you’re going to wear a short dress or some daisy dukes, then cover up those tatas. (I feel the same way about huge earrings and a chunky necklace). One or the other…not both!

3- Please stop comparing yourself to other people. Wishing that you could look amazing in something that you’ve seen on someone with an opposite body type than you, isn’t doing you any good. You can certainly admire something about her outfit that you could probably incorporate into your own wardrobe. But at the end of the day, you will never be her. All you have is the body that you’re in. So learn how to love yourself and find out what you feel best in. Are you a jeans, white tee and stilettos type of gal? Would you rather wear a dark maxi dress with a belt? Or do love a long pencil skirt while showing some cleavage? If you’re having trouble dressing yourself, and aren’t sure what will accenuate your features the best, please email me. I would love to help you feel like the best version of yourself. 💕✨ Love who you are.
